Dr Mark Lu Kuo-Fan

Dr Mark Lu is a medical doctor with a background in family and occupational health. He graduated from the University of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and subsequently returned to Singapore to embark on his medical career in a government-restructured hospital.

With a special interest in occupational medicine, Dr Lu holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health from the National University of Singapore in 2006. Dr Lu's expertise extends beyond his clinical practice. In 2016, he was accredited as a Family Physician by the Accredited Board of Family Physicians, Ministry of Health. He has also been appointed as a designated medical examiner for the Embassy of Italy and Germany, offering his services for many years. Additionally, he serves as a designated medical examiner for Oil & Gas UK and conducts Petronas Physicals. Dr Lu's commitment to medical ethics and advancement is evident through his participation in the BioEthics Committee at Singapore General Hospital.
